Organization Tips: Reevaluation Cover Page

This past year, I had over 35 students on my caseload for testing alone (and I know thats not a lot compared to others). This included both initial evaluations and reevaluations in Spanish and English.

There was no easy way to track my evaluations. There were times where I was in the middle of testing 4 kids per week. I needed multiple days to test students and made multiple trips to different buildings as I test in other locations as well. One way I stayed organized is by using sticky notes. On it, I wrote all the evaluations that I needed to complete and used it as a checklist to make what was done. I also had a loose leaf sheet of paper to track all phone calls and any contacts with teachers. This was an unorganized mess! I would have so much on my plate that I would start writing all my notes on my protocols and when I needed information, I would have to dig everywhere to find it.

Quarantine has helped me learn how to create worksheets and so I created a worksheet that will help ease this un-organization just a tiny bit. I created a “Reevaluation Cover Page” to keep track of all the information that I need in one location. I will be making a similar page for initial evaluations soon! I added the cover page on my teachers pay teachers account in hopes of  helping others stay better organized. Leave comments or suggestions on what you would change for the page!
